May is Mental Health Awareness Month
If you have followed our club news, you know that in October 2024, we raised funds through our first annual musical/dinner event, A Night in Italy.  With the funds raised that night, we decided to promote mental health/conditions awareness in our local communities.  This is a vast opportunity with so many routes we are able to take to share this awareness.  Every single person has mental health, it is a varying scale that we can fall on in many different places throughout our daily lives.  The importance of reducing the stigma associated with mental health and conditions needs to be addressed.  Mental health conditions should be looked upon just as physical conditions. For 2025 Mental Health Awareness Month, the Rotary Club of Siren-Webster will be sharing information on their Facebook page every week.  We will have an informational booth set up at Four Winds Grocery Store in Siren, WI (starting at 12:00 pm) on May 22nd.  We will be giving away 100 awareness bags (while supplies last).
